Interim Supply Planner \- temporary from January until November 2027 (all, 80\-100%)

For a maternity cover in our Supply Planning team, we are looking for a professional to join our team from January until November 2027\.

In this role you will be responsible for achieving the best possible product availability on time and in full (OTIF) whilst balancing risk \& opportunities in landed cost and inventory levels for a defined product\- and supplier portfolio.

**Do what you love**

* Develop and own the supply plan to meet business objectives

* Closely collaborate with demand planning and key stakeholders from the commercial\-, product and supply chain teams to ensure an end\-to\-end aligned supply plan

* Jointly develop and maintain a capacity\- and rolling production plan with suppliers and pro\-actively resolve arising issues

* Create the seasonal release plan of products and drive monthly buy rounds (OTB) accordingly

* Derive buy quantities within the monthly S\&OP cycle in a data driven manner, by evaluating the trade\-offs between on\-time delivery, inventory turn, and cost of supply

* Provide regular qualitative and quantitative analysis on risks \& opportunities in the supply plan (monthly S\&OP \& exception based weekly S\&OE) and derive recommendations for timely action to the senior management

* Maintain planning master data and tools to secure an efficient and transparent planning process

* Maintain a strong relationship to suppliers as well as internal stakeholders and collaboratively drive continuous improvement of supply models, processes and KPI’s

* Support the design and implementation of supply chain digitalization solutions

**Play to your strengths**

* Business / commercial education with further education in the area of supply chain management

* Experience in Supply Planning

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work effectively within a cross\-functional team environment and under pressure

* Structured, organized and process oriented

* Good understanding of end\-to\-end supply chain process

* Decision making process based on seasonal release plan within given budget

* Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel) or similar tools, knowledge of ERP \& BI systems

* Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
