Position: Music Production Expert - Urdu

Type: Contract

Compensation: $14–$42/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Up to 6 months

Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated music across genres for musicality, creativity, and production quality.

Compare songs on prompt adherence, vocal quality, and mix quality.

Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, and vocals.

Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals for quality and accuracy.

Work independently and asynchronously to meet flexible deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Native or near-native proficiency in Urdu .

Ability to follow detailed instructions in English .

2+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.

Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.

Preferred

Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.

Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work.

Broad familiarity with contemporary Urdu genres, sub-genres, and artists.
