**Experis** is recruiting a **Manufacturing IT Architect** to design and deploy scalable manufacturing IT solutions for international industrial environments.

In this role, you will lead the architecture and integration of key systems including **ERP, MES, WMS, and industrial data platforms**, ensuring seamless connectivity between business and production environments.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Design end\-to\-end IT architectures for manufacturing sites.

* Define integration strategies between ERP, MES, WMS, automation, and data systems.

* Lead customer workshops and gather business and technical requirements.

* Act as a trusted advisor for clients and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

* Coordinate vendors, integration partners, and internal teams.

### **Your Profile**

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.

* Minimum **5 years of experience** in Solution Architecture within manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environments.

* Hands\-on experience with deployment, validation, testing, and go\-live activities.

* Proven expertise in **ERP/MES integration** and production systems architecture.

* Strong customer\-facing experience, with the ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

* Fluent English (C1\+); French, German or any other language is a plus.

### **Travel Requirements**

This position requires **20\-30% international travel**. Flexibility is essential, as projects regularly involve visits to customer and production sites worldwide. During key deployment phases, candidates should be prepared to spend **several consecutive weeks on\-site abroad** to support integration, testing, and go\-live activities.
