Müller's Solutions is actively seeking a talented BMC Helix Consultant / Solution Architect to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will harness your deep understanding of the BMC Helix platform to create, implement, and enhance solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design architecture, and ensure that our solutions provide the highest value and efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will guide clients through the complexities of Helix implementations, ensuring they derive maximum benefit from their investments. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to identify and analyze their business requirements and technical specifications.
Architect and configure BMC Helix solutions that align with client objectives and workflows.
Lead the implementation process, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout.
Provide technical expertise and support during system testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution specifications, and user guides.
Stay current on BMC Helix updates and industry trends to continually improve solutions.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams to enable effective use of Helix solutions.
Requirements Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting or solution architect role focused on BMC Helix.
Extensive knowledge of the Helix platform, including its architecture and various functionalities.
Proficiency in designing client-centric solutions through a deep understanding of business processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and teams.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
BMC Helix certifications are highly desirable.
