(Senior) Solution Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect with expertise in Angular and Java (Spring Boot) to work within Continental’s Data & Customer Solutions Competence Center. In this role, you will join the global team working on CESAR, our digital fleet management platform.

Main Responsibilities

Shaping the frontend and backend architecture of the CESAR web application;

Designing solutions through active collaboration with business partners and other Solution Architects;

Driving development standards, code reuse, and agile principles within the agile development team;

Driving and enhancing our automated testing.

University Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field;

+3 years of professional experience in an Agile environment with Angular (12+) and Java (11+) with Spring Boot;

Proficiency in RESTful APIs;

Experience with relational databases and performance optimization;

Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus;

Proficiency in Git, CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies (Scrum);

Experience with automated testing frameworks;

Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills;

Willingness to international travel (up to 10%);

Proficiency in English language (written / verbal).
