ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable software applications for real-world products. The ideal candidate has strong software engineering fundamentals, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and is passionate about building high-quality, production-ready systems.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll work across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and implementation to testing and deployment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and services
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality features
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following software engineering best practices
Build and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and reliability
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions and architecture decisions
Create and maintain technical documentation
Stay up to date with modern software development tools, frameworks, and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, or C#
Experience building web applications, backend services, or distributed systems
Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
Ability to work in a US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
