Web App Full-Stack Engineer

We’re looking for an engineer who can take full ownership with minimal oversight and deliver a consistently improving product.

3+ years of experience shipping production web apps

Solid backend skills

Hands-on experience shipping AI features such as LLMs or computer vision

How we work: We value strong autonomy, clear ownership, and the ability to turn data and feedback into product improvements. You should enjoy testing, diagnosing issues, and resolving bugs quickly, while continuing to expand features in a steady, user-focused way. Strong communication and collaboration are essential, especially in a small team with direct founder access.

We’ll have you lead the web app end-to-end, building and advancing a working product while keeping quality high.

Use performance data and user feedback to improve the product

Testing and bug resolution

You’ll contribute directly to day-to-day delivery in a small team with access to the founders, ensuring thoughtful execution and a strong understanding of what users need.

Experience improving web app performance (latency, reliability, observability) in production

Track record of shipping AI-enabled features with strong evaluation/testing practices

Comfort working across the stack while partnering with product and stakeholders to clarify user needs

Prior experience in small teams where ownership and execution speed matter
