Full Stack Developer (Java and ReactJS)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in ReactJS and Java to become the lead/anchor of our development team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the creation of cutting-edge solutions that align with our goal to facilitate businesses in their digital transformation journey using Google's innovative technologies.

What You Will Be Doing

Work on various solutions primarily using ReactJS and Java.

Designing, developing, and maintaining full stack applications.

Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.

Providing technical guidance and mentoring team members to ensure best practices.

Qualifications

Expert in full stack development with strong experience in ReactJS and Java.

Proficiency in developing, implementing, and managing software solutions.

Competency in leading a team and facilitating cross-functional collaborations.

Good to have

Experience with Google Cloud Platform and related services.

Experience in IT consulting or a managed services environment.

Certifications in ReactJS, Java, or Google Cloud technologies would be beneficial.

Soft Skills

Strong communication skills, particularly in English.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments.

work Setup

Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Work Location: WFH Philippines

Working Days: Mondays to Fridays if (Mid or Night Shift)

Available Shift Options (You may choose): PH Mid shift 5PM or PH Night shift 10 PM

Remarks: First 30 Days will be on night shift due to onboarding, afterwards you can transition to Mid Shift or retain
