Our mission is to bridge top-level technology companies with engineering talent from across the globe. With presence in LATAM, USA and Europe, we empower companies by providing remote engineering teams of all levels tailored to the needs of each project.

Our teams are passionate about technology and thrive on challenges. We value technical expertise and a willingness to learn new things. Each development is tailored to the needs of each project, so being passionate about learning and using new languages, tools, and frameworks is part of our DNA. Our software engineering teams focus on best coding practices to ensure readability, reusability, and scalability of our systems' designs and developments.

We're looking for a Software/Robotics Engineer to join a project building a full robotics stack for an AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle), working directly on-site with our client in Munich . This isn't a purely remote software role, we're seeking for someone comfortable across the full spectrum of robotics development: simulation, navigation, localization, behaviors, and tooling, while also getting hands-on with the physical robot in the field.

You'll work closely with the client's fleet manager, and depending on how the project evolves.

Your role and responsibilities

Contribute to the development of a full robotics stack, covering simulation, navigation, localization, robot behaviors, and internal tooling

Perform testing and tuning of complex navigation systems directly on the AGV, on-site

Work together with the client's fleet manager on the robot's perception stack

Diagnose and resolve hardware, networking, and embedded electronics issues on the robot in real time

Potential to manage a team and its resources as the project scales

Participate in the design and implementation of solutions for challenging customer and R&D problems

Travel for 1–2 week periods for on-site deployments when required

Pass on your passion for technology and professionalism to your peers

Be receptive and empathetic with your team and technical communities

If you

Are located in or willing to work on-site in the Munich area, 3 days/week from the start

Have strong experience (+4 years) with ROS or ROS2

Have strong experience (+5 years) coding in modern C++ (17+) and Python 3

Have working knowledge of networking and electronics (important for the field-facing side of this role)

Have experience with Docker / containerized applications

Hold a degree (BSc, MSc, or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or a related field

Have hands-on experience working with real robots (not just simulation)

Can independently tackle mid-sized software development tasks across the stack

Are comfortable in technical discussions and can propose solutions

Have solid technical English, spoken and written

It'd be a plus if you

Have experience with robotics simulation (Gazebo, NVIDIA Omniverse, or similar)

Have system administration experience

Have contributed to open source projects

Are an active member of a robotics/tech community or have done public speaking on technical topics

Have a good level of Spanish

Join us to be part of a dynamic community where your skills and contributions truly matter!

Compensation: €51K – €80K
