Location: Zug (hybrid) Workload: 100% Start: By agreement The AI Developer Experience team builds the tools, services and governance that enable engineers, data scientists and legal subject matter experts to develop dependable AI products.

The work spans agentic evaluations and an enterprise AI platform with governed model access, prompt and workflow tooling, retrieval, evaluation and security. Your tasks: You design, develop and maintain robust back-end services and APIs using Python. You architect and implement scalable solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure.

You deploy and manage containerised applications using Kubernetes. You ensure system reliability, security and performance through best practices. You collaborate with product managers, architects and other engineers to deliver high-quality software. You participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers and contribute to technical standards.

You stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
