The posting

5+ years building production software, with real production experience in Angular, C#/.NET, and Python — depth in at least two of the three.

At least one feature or product area you owned from requirements through production, which you can walk through in detail.

Production experience with a relational database (we use PostgreSQL) including schema design and query performance.

Comfortable defining and writing requirements yourself, in English, for a technical and non-technical audience.

Working proficiency with AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow.

You will own features end-to-end across the full stack: Angular UI, .NET APIs and data models, and Python automation where your area touches our LLM pipelines.

One thing is non-negotiable. You must own the business requirements for your area and proactively maintain its product backlog. We will give you acceptance criteria, but you are expected to know your domain well enough to spot the gaps, propose the next features, and keep your backlog groomed without being asked. If you want fully-specified tickets handed to you, this role is not a fit.

A routine week: you ship a feature across Angular, .NET, and Python; you write or sharpen the acceptance criteria for the next one; you prune and reprioritize your backlog based on what shipping just taught you; you flag the requirement that no longer makes sense before anyone builds against it.

Success is measured on two axes: features shipped working in production, and the health of your backlog — whether the next most valuable thing in your area is already defined when it's time to build it.

EF Core, Temporal (or similar workflow engines), or Google Cloud.

Building on LLM APIs: extraction pipelines, agents, or evaluation harnesses.

Experience in fintech, M&A, or other data-heavy B2B domains.

Prior startup experience where you were the only owner of an area.

We pay competitively for the LATAM market and we’re transparent about it.

Time off: Manage your own schedule. We trust you.

Health: $150/month health and wellness stipend.

Engagement: B2B contract. 30-day mutual notice.

How we work

Fully remote. We are based in Denver, Colorado (MT, UTC-7). You can work from Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, or anywhere in the Americas with strong overlap.

Same time zone. We expect significant daily overlap with Central Standard Time (CT). LATAM time zones are ideal — this is a key reason we’re hiring in the region.

Async-first. We write things down. Docs, Loom videos, and thoughtful PR descriptions are the norm. Meetings happen when they’re the fastest path to clarity, not by default.

Small team, direct access. You will work directly with the Head of Engineering and the founder. No middle management. Your work ships fast.
