**Anforderungen:**

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Polymechaniker/-in EFZ
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als CAM-Programmierer/-in
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Programmierung von CAM-Systemen, idealerweise mit TopSolid
  • Erfahrung mit Form- und Lagetoleranzen (GPSV) zwingend
  • Kenntnisse mit Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc oder Mazatrol von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute MS-Office- und PC-Kenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, präzise und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

**Aufgaben:**

  • Programmierung von komplexen 5-Achs-Fräs- und Drehzentren mit CAM
  • Erstellen, Anpassen und Optimieren von CNC-Programmen
  • Optimierung bestehender Fertigungsprozesse
  • Verwaltung und Definition von Werkzeugen im CAM-System
  • Betreuung von Einzel- und Kleinserien bis zur Serienfreigabe
  • Unterstützung bei der Kalkulation von Aufträgen
  • Konstruktion von Aufspannvorrichtungen und Prozesshilfsmitteln
  • Einfahren und Optimieren der Programme gemeinsam mit den Maschinenbedienern
