**To strengthen our team in St. Gallen, we are looking for a project developer immediately or by arrangement.**

## Your tasks ##

* Participation in development projects up to and including obtaining building permits

* Determination of the strategic orientation of projects, developing and creating demand, feasibility and economic analyses and clarifying framework conditions, legal and regulatory issues

* Accompanying competitions and presenting to the jury

* Leading external architects, planners and contractors and acting as contact and negotiation partner for investors, builders, authorities and other third parties

* Collaboration with our overall contractor team, marketing, costing and realisation

## Your profile ##

* Several years of professional experience in the development or support of real estate projects

* Experienced handling of issues in spatial planning, construction and contract law

* Understanding of business and economic processes

* Analytical, conceptual and entrepreneurial way of working

* Independent and responsible action, strong-willed and communicative, confident in negotiations and professional in appearance
