* Develop and document a detailed testing strategy tailored to the complex migration from mainframe assembler applications to the target landscape on Java/SQL under Linux

* Test Execution Orchestration

* Coordinate and oversee the execution of testing activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards

* Stakeholder Collaboration

* Act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, including architects, developers, and project management teams

* Team Leadership and Development

* Quality Assurance Oversight

### Profile ###

* Extensive experience in complex projects as a test manager

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

* Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, particularly in unit testing and functional testing

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect easily with all project stakeholders

* Experience in Agile methodologies
