Web Developer

We are looking for a full-time Web Developer with hands-on AI capabilities to support one of our clients. Note: This is not a machine learning research position. We are looking for a builder who can translate marketing and business needs into reliable websites, integrations, experiments, and AI-powered solutions. Key Details

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week

Location: Open to candidates in LATAM

Language Requirement: Advanced English proficiency (C1)

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Maintenance: Build, launch, and maintain responsive B2B websites, service pages, landing pages, content pages, and reusable modules

AI Solutions & Integrations: Develop AI-powered website features, assistants, and workflows using LLM APIs, structured outputs, tool calling, and external data sources

Marketing Technology Integrations: Connect websites with CRM, analytics, forms, automation platforms, and third-party systems through APIs and webhooks

CRO & Opportunity Analysis: Analyze user behavior and website performance, identify conversion opportunities, and implement experiments and prioritized improvements

Performance, SEO & Accessibility: Optimize Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, structured data, accessibility, and cross-device functionality

Testing & QA: Test websites, integrations, AI features, and experiments to ensure accuracy, reliability, responsiveness, and proper tracking

Technical Collaboration & Documentation: Translate business and marketing requirements into technical solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document integrations and deployment processes

Minimum Requirements

Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2)

3+ years of professional web development experience

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive development

Experience with WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot CMS , or similar CMS platforms

Experience with React, Next.js, Vue, or another modern JavaScript framework

Experience integrating REST APIs, webhooks, forms, and third-party platforms

Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs and developing AI-powered features or workflows

Experience with prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool calling, RAG, AI evaluations, guardrails, and monitoring AI solutions for quality and reliability

Experience with Git, staging environments, deployments, debugging, and QA

Ability to work independently and manage multiple development projects simultaneously

Experience with Node.js, Python, or a similar backend technology, including API development and database integrations

Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot , including reviewing and refactoring AI-generated code

Portfolio, GitHub profile, case study, or comparable evidence of a web development project that includes an AI-powered feature or integration

Desired Skills

Previous experience in a marketing agency or B2B environment

Experience working with international teams or clients

Familiarity with CRM and MarTech platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce

Experience with CRO, GA4, Google Tag Manager, or user behavior tools

Knowledge of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and website performance

Experience with cloud or deployment platforms such as Vercel, AWS, Cloudflare, or Docker
