Dans le cadre d'une recherche de personnel pour l'un de nos clients, nous recherchons activement un.e assistant.e social.e pour un poste fixe à Lausanne.

VOTRE POSTE
LE POSTE est à pourvoir au plus vite.
TEMPS DE TRAVAIL : 60-80%
* Vous êtes en charge du suivi administratif et des entretiens sociaux.
* Vous mettez en place un plan d'action personnalisés.
* Vous soutenez les bénéficiaires dans l'intégration sociale, professionnelle et administrative.
* Vous coordonnez avec les partenaires internes et externes.
* Vous veillez au respect des règles du foyer.
Il n'y a pas de gestion financière ni de suivi budgétaire.

VOTRE PROFIL
* Vous avez un bachelor HES en travail social (reconnaissance SEFRI si diplôme étranger).
* Une expérience confirmée
* Vous avez une bonne connaissance du réseau vaudois et des assurances sociales.
