* Your training as a social insurance specialist enables you to understand situations holistically and classify them legally correctly.

* In personal and written communication, you communicate clearly, understandably and comprehensibly, which builds trust.

* Your constructive and respectful behaviour contributes to a good team climate.

* In this position, it is important that you have fluent knowledge of French and German, both spoken and written.

What we offer you

* Working hours

Annual working time (42 hours/week), possibility to work part-time as well as remotely, paid breaks

* Holidays

At least 25 days of holiday per year, 28 days from the age of 45 and 33 days from the age of 55. Possibility of unpaid leave

* Salary

Cantonal salary system, gender-neutral and comprehensible salary policy. Full salary during parental leave, military, civil protection and civilian service

Above-average contribution to the Bernese pension fund, payment of half the premium for non-occupational accident, supplementary accident and daily sickness allowance insurance
