Hourly Wage

Case Manager I: $21.25-$26.30, plus annual bonus opportunity.

Case Manager II: $23.25-$28.80, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Manage annuity new business cases from application submission through contract issuance.

Review applications for completeness, accuracy, suitability, and compliance requirements.

Partner with advisors, producers, and internal teams to obtain requirements and resolve processing issues.

Conduct suitability reviews and maintain documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards.

Prioritize and manage multiple cases while delivering high-quality service and timely communication.

Identify process improvements to reduce cycle times and enhance the overall new business experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED

0-3 years' experience working in customer service, ability to collaborate with internal and external clients to find the best solution possible.

Experience with annuity new business processing and suitability reviews, along with knowledge of fixed, indexed, and variable annuity products.
