Requirements
Proven experience as a Production Designer, Virtual Production Artist, or similar role in a creative studio environment.
Proficiency in virtual production tools and software such as Unreal Engine, Unity, Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, etc.
Strong understanding of 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
Knowledge of real-time rendering workflows and techniques used in virtual production.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and aesthetic design.
Bachelors degree in Digital Design, Computer Animation, Visual Effects, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Skills
Experience in compositing and post-production workflows.
Familiarity with motion capture, virtual camera systems, and XR technologies.
Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends in virtual production.
Portfolio showcasing relevant work in virtual production and digital design.
