We are seeking a Senior Identity Security professional to lead and optimize identity provisioning and governance across the enterprise. This role focuses on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), access lifecycle automation, and Active Directory to Microsoft Entra ID transformation.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative mindset—able to simplify complex identity challenges, build scalable provisioning processes, and partner effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead identity provisioning and lifecycle management (Joiner/Mover/Leaver)

Design and manage IGA workflows for access requests and provisioning

Define and maintain entitlement and role models

Support AD → Entra ID migration in hybrid environments

Reduce over-provisioning and access sprawl

Improve automation, accuracy, and auditability

Embed Identity Security principles (least privilege, Zero Trust)

Partner across engineering, cloud, and GRC teams

Deliver actionable risk and access recommendations

Required Qualifications

8+ years experience in Identity Security, IAM, and IGA

Hands-on experience with an IGA platform (Saviynt preferred)

Experience with AD to Entra ID migrations

Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle, RBAC, and hybrid identity

Ability to assess risk and drive remediation

Preferred

Experience with Saviynt

Experience scaling enterprise provisioning or IGA programs

Familiarity with NIST, SOX, or audit controls
