CACI is looking for an Agile Coach with experience in coaching SAFe implementations. The desired candidate will be a servant leader, someone who can facilitate both change and collaboration at scale by embodying the attributes of the Lean-Agile mindset as well as a learning and growth attitude, while continuously fostering positive change.
As the Agile Coach for the JTMS program, you will be working closely with government leadership, RTEs, scrum masters, Agile teams and the entire ART to facilitate the ART events and assist the ART in delivering value. You will be a key member of the leadership team, doing work that matters for some of the U.S. Government’s most critical missions
Responsibilities
Using the principles of SAFe, serve the teams, enable product delivery, and benefit the overall program
Socialize the new concepts and communicate upcoming changes and refine metrics to foster a culture of continuous improvement
Train executives, leaders, Agile teams, and SAFe roles—such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer (RTE)
Participate in critical events like PI Planning and Inspect and Adapt (I&A) and coach the RTE and leadership on facilitating big room planning events.
Coach leaders and stakeholders to build and maintain the Vision, Roadmap, and Program Backlogs
Measure & Grow the SAFe implementation at various points using SAFe provided assessments to understand where the organization is on the path to business agility
Establish a DevOps culture and mindset and coach the Continuous Delivery Pipeline, infrastructure, and associated Agile architecture practices
Manage and mentor the scrum masters and RTE
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and seven (7) years of related experience
Two (2) years’ experience coaching SAFe implementations
Certified SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and seven (7) years of related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass an IT-1 background investigation

Experience implementing Full SAFe for an enterprise building large-scale solutions

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.

The proposed salary range for this position is
