* As Scrum Master, you support our DevOps teams as a servant leader, empowering them to self-organize and to act with responsibility and initiative according to agile principles and roles.

* You promote a culture of continuous improvement and help teams to overcome challenges and obstacles successfully.

* Through regular dialogue with other Scrum Masters, you develop new ideas and promote collaboration across the organization. You can count on a committed community for specialist discussions and mutual support.

* As an agile leader, you create the optimal framework conditions to enable teams to deliver value-creating results and develop continually. Our agile coaches are on hand to support you if required.

* You acquire an in-depth understanding of agile development teams and support their development.

**What you have to offer **

* Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile teams and organizations.

* Your in-depth knowledge and practical experience with agile frameworks set you apart; SAFe certification or relevant basic and advanced training is an advantage.

* You enjoy working in a team and have excellent communication skills, empathy and a good feel for people. You have a strong ability to coordinate and a forward-looking mindset.

* You have a flexible and independent personality and create a good mix of methodological stability and pragmatism with your solution-oriented approach.

* You have a very good knowledge of a first national language, both oral and written, and you have a good knowledge (oral B2) of German as well as English.
