Location: Zurich Workload: Full-time Start: By agreement Your tasks: You coach and support teams in adopting and applying agile frameworks effectively. You foster self-organisation, cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement. You facilitate agile ceremonies, workshops, retrospectives and other team activities.

You support Product Owners with backlog management. You identify and remove impediments and manage dependencies.
