* Friendly, cheerful information to visitors about our facilities, experiences and weather conditions in several languages

* Careful cash management with daily accounting

* Professional reception of guest feedback with skilful follow-up

* Active support in implementing our corporate and tariff culture

What you bring to the team

Your profile

* Completed vocational training, preferably in the service or tourism sector

* Very good language skills in German, English and French (additional languages advantageous)

* Willingness to perform, teamwork and flexibility for weekend and public holiday shifts

* Enthusiasm for Zermatt with its facilities

* Good knowledge of Zermatt is an advantage
