The posting

You will balance the triad of competency, program, and warfare center to ensure the equities of Test and Evaluation are maintained.

You will author or review Test and Evaluation Master Plans, coordinate and execute Operational Test Readiness Reviews, and act on behalf of the Program Manager as the Test and Evaluation liaison.

You will develop Test and Evaluation strategies that span cross domain solutions to test programs including integration of air segment, ship segment, landing systems, and information servicing networks.

You will oversee the maintenance of all master test schedules and metrics and will be responsible for resolving test issues across the Integrated Program Teams.

You will plan work, set priorities, and schedule work as necessary to assure effective accomplishment of priority work without adverse effect on regular and recurring work.

You will manage the financial resources and direct the technical work of employees for the assigned team.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or DP-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading test strategies and managing execution for major defense acquisition or complex weapon systems; 2) Integrating developmental and operational testing requirements, authoring test and evaluation master plans or adapting test and evaluation processes to support rapid capability delivery; and 3) Leading and developing others.
