### **What are your tasks?** ###

* You care for and support our residents with empathy and professionalism

* You assist them with personal hygiene, mobilisation, and daily life, promoting their independence

* You perform medical-technical tasks such as medication administration, vital sign checks, and wound care according to your competencies

* You observe the health status of our residents and document your care carefully

* You actively participate in the care process and contribute your observations and ideas to the team

### **What do we expect from you?** ###

* You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe)

* You treat our residents with respect, empathy, and appreciation

* You enjoy holistic care and support of elderly people and put their needs at the centre

* You apply your professional skills confidently and carry out nursing and medical-technical activities reliably

* You remain calm in demanding situations and act in a solution-oriented manner

* You are willing to take responsibility and enable our residents to have a valuable daily life
