For our team of specialists we are looking for a

Your tasks

* Comprehensive care and support of our residents within your area of expertise

* Ensuring a professional nursing process in collaboration with the team

* Planning, supervising and assessing apprentices in Health Specialist EFZ

* Conducting educational and location discussions according to the training regulations

* Promoting a learning-friendly environment and imparting specialist knowledge in everyday nursing

* Contributing to the further development of training practice and quality assurance

Your profile

* Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ

* Trainer course (according to SVEB or equivalent) or the desire to further your education

* Professional experience in long-term care

* Enjoyment in supporting and promoting young people

* Responsible, empathetic and team-oriented personality

* Very good German language skills, spoken and written
