Scientist - Sensory Science

Support Sensory Science Team activities by analyzing and reporting sensory data, by developing and implementing sensory evaluation tests and by organzing and running sensory panels in the frame of guiding product development & maintenance.

Parental leave cover : 21.09.2026 to 20.03.2027**​**

**Responsibilities:**

• Select and implement appropriate sensory test methodologies to meet project objectives and timelines.
• Organize, prepare and run internal sensory panel sessions considering available resources.
• Perform data analysis, interpret, report, file and communicate sensory results to support the development & maintenance of our products and recommend sensory directions for further products' improvement.
• Support laboratory activities: maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Ensure high quality, compliant study delivery by maintaining scientific rigor, operational excellence, and adherence to the client and regulatory standards.

**Skills and Competencies:**

• Education: MSc or BSc degree in food science with specialization in sensory analysis
• Work experience: First Experience in Sensory Evaluation required
• Skills (must have): Good knowledge in sensory evaluation techniques and in applied statistics / Knowledge of statistical software (e.g.: Xlstat) / Experience in panel animation.
• Skills (nice to have): Fluent in English, knowledge of EyeQuestion software
