Position Overview We are currently qualifying candidates for an upcoming remote Registered Nurse project scheduled to start at the end of Summer / beginning of Fall. We are seeking Registered Nurses located in Germany with an active German RN license to support one of our premium international clients in the medical field.
This is a fully remote, work-from-home opportunity where you will provide professional support to patients and healthcare professionals following a comprehensive paid training program. Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, including technical or clinical information while working within a defined scope of practice.
Serve as a telecare clinical contact for patients, clinical staff, and internal team members.
Support escalations from the Level 1 Technical Services team when required.
Follow all environmental, health, and safety procedures and company policies.
Act as a liaison between customers, TalentWorldGroup, and the client.
Help maintain the accuracy of online knowledge bases, troubleshooting guides, and reference materials.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, equipment reliability, and treatment quality.
Complete scheduled and unscheduled outbound calls to telecare patients and clinical collaborators.
Receive inbound calls from telecare patients and clinical collaborators.
Analyze treatment data and identify clinical, user, or product-related trends.
Document all interactions accurately and share relevant information with appropriate stakeholders.
Training Program
8 weeks of paid remote training
Covers technical support, systems, and treatment analysis.
Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM CEST (6 hours training)- For six weeks with a two weeks nesting period
Working Schedule
Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM CET
Expected workload: Approximately 2 hours per day
Fully remote from Germany
Compensation
€26/hour during training
€28/hour after successful completion of training
Requirements
Currently living in Germany
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued in Germany
Nursing degree (BSc or equivalent nursing diploma)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
2–4 years of customer service or contact center experience is preferred but not required
Experience with dialysis therapy is an advantage but not mandatory
Technical Requirements
Broadband internet connection (Ethernet/LAN, minimum 50 Mbps)
Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
120 GB SSD
Wired USB headset
Windows 11 or later
