Zielgruppenspezifischer Recruiting- und Employer-Branding-Kampagnen
Operatives Recruiting: Ganzheitliche Betreuung des Auswahlprozesses
Active Sourcing: Proaktive Identifikation und Ansprache geeigneter Kandidaten auf relevanten Plattformen und Netzwerken
Koordination von Employer-Branding-Projekten
HR-Support: Unterstützung bei allgemeinen personalbezogenen Aufgaben und Projekten
Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung Recruiting/ Personalmarketing mindestens 4 Jahre
Erfahrung im Recruiting von technischen Berufen, insbesondere Ingenieuren
Fachrichtung der Ausbildung/des Studiums: Wirtschaft/ Personalmanagement oder competences and skills / vergleichbare Ausbildung
Ggf. Erfahrung mit dem HR-IT Tool Personio
Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Begeisterung und Umsetzungsvermögen
Strukturierte und sehr eigenständige Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
Networking-Skills
Körpersprache lesen und verstehen können
