We are looking for a motivated, committed and creative personality for a position as People, Learning & Development Manager.

General

* Guiding, developing, and supporting the People Team (both professionally and in terms of staffing)

* Leading the People Services and Young Talents teams

* Assisting with the optimization of processes within the HR Services Team

* Acting as a substitute for and supporting the Director of People

* Collaborating on or leading projects (Workplace Health Management, etc.)

* Taking on Manager on Duty duties

Learning & Development (ca. 40%)

* Planning and organizing the talent development strategy and related initiatives, taking into account the company-s strategy and operational needs

* Planning, conducting, and documenting training sessions, including online learning, and expanding the learning management tool

* Working closely with the internal departmental trainer

* Organizational development, competency development, and People & Performance Management

* Planning the onboarding process, Welcome Day, and induction period in collaboration with the People Teams

* Digitalization and optimization projects (e.g., employee communication, People Services)

* Leadership development

* Increasing employee satisfaction (employee surveys, monitoring of initiatives, etc.)

People Manager (ca. 40%)

* Supporting managers in the assigned area

* Recruiting for key and executive positions

* Retention and talent management

* Preparing and analyzing payroll reports, reports, and analytics

* Managing the help desk

Education and Knowledge

* Solid knowledge of HR, preferably in the hospitality sector

* Continuing education in HR as well as L&D / training management

* Strong affinity for tools

Additional Skills

* Experience in project management

* Leadership experience

Additionally understanding of

* HR services & administration

* Labor law

* Scheduling

Personal Skills

* Remains calm and level-headed even in hectic situations

* Warm and courteous

* Good listener

* Decisive and responsible

* Open to new ideas

* Willing to pitch in and not above doing any task
