Support early-stage capture activities by gathering information on customers, incumbents, competitors, partners, and contract history.

Assist with opportunity qualification using MO ’s bid/no-bid criteria.

Help prepare pursuit briefs, call plans, partner profiles, customer summaries, and meeting prep materials.

Track action items from capture meetings and ensure follow-up items are documented and completed.

Support coordination between BD, capture, proposal, delivery, and executive stakeholders.

Partner and Customer Engagement Support

Identify and track strategic partners, small business partners, primes, subcontractors, technology partners, and teaming opportunities.

Support customer and partner meeting preparation, including background research, agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up documentation.
