### Your Tasks ###

You are responsible for quality-compliant product delivery
You take care of improvement potentials and actively drive quality assurance forward
You ensure smooth complaint management
You are responsible for the timely processing of automotive customer complaints according to the 8D methodology
You continuously develop our QM system towards IATF 16949

### What you bring with you ###
*
*
Completed technical training and further training as a quality technician
At least 3 years of experience in quality control and quality assurance
Experience in one of the following areas: electroplating, electrical engineering, materials science or metallography desirable
Good IT skills (Office, SAP)
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, as well as good English skills
You understand the processes and specifics of a strip electroplating plant
Flexibility, communication skills and an independent working style
