The posting
- Hands-on experience shipping real AI systems, agents, or automations, not just demos.
- Strong workflow automation experience in n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar orchestration tools.
- Strong GitHub discipline. Public or shareable GitHub work is required for this process.
- Comfort with AI coding environments such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or equivalent tools.

- Business judgment. You ask what outcome the workflow should create before choosing tools.
- Build AI agents, automations, and workflows from intake through launch and maintenance.
- Work directly with stakeholders to clarify the problem, scope the build, and define success.
- Use tools such as n8n, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, APIs, structured prompts, GitHub, and data workflows.
- Version work in GitHub with clear commits, useful README files, setup notes, and documented assumptions.
- Maintain production automations, including monitoring, alerts, failure handling, and documentation.
- Contribute reusable prompts, skills, runbooks, and patterns to our shared AI & Systems library.
- Keep data hygiene, permissions, credentials, and information security front of mind in every build.
- Experience inside a DTC, CPG, ecommerce, supply chain, finance, or operations environment.
- SQL, data pipeline, RAG, vector database, or warehouse experience.
- Experience building reusable prompt libraries, internal tools, or agent operating systems.
- Experience with Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Shopify, Cin7, Gorgias, or similar business systems.
- Enough product sense to make internal tools simple for non-technical teams to use.
