AI Automation Engineer

Must-Have

Proven hands-on experience with Make.com and/or Zapier — complex, multi-step workflows

Direct experience using Claude API (Anthropic) and/or ChatGPT API (OpenAI) — prompt engineering, structured outputs, API calls

Experience integrating tools like GoHighLevel, ClickUp, HubSpot, Slack, or Google Workspace

Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data mapping

Ability to read and write JSON and follow API documentation independently

Excellent written and spoken English

Build and maintain multi-step automations in Make.com and Zapier connecting our full tool stack (GoHighLevel, ClickUp, HubSpot, Slack, Google Drive, Ahrefs, BrightLocal, Zoom)

Integrate Claude and ChatGPT APIs into internal workflows for content generation, client reporting, task summarization, and lead follow-up

Ensure data flows accurately and in real time between all platforms

Troubleshoot and maintain existing automations — identify failures, fix them fast

Document all automations clearly so the team can understand and build on them

Identify new automation opportunities by reviewing team workflows

Test and validate integrations before deploying to live systems

Collaborate with account managers, content teams, and leadership to translate process needs into working automations

Experience with n8n or similar platforms

Familiarity with Ahrefs or BrightLocal

Basic JavaScript or Python for custom logic

Digital marketing agency background

GoHighLevel workflow automation experience

Full-time, remote — Latin America preferred

Hours: Monday–Friday, aligned to US Central or Eastern time

Compensation: Competitive, paid in USD, based on experience
