Problem Solving & Claims Management: Lead comprehensive claims management using the 8D methodology. Drive deep managerial root cause analysis aligned with our 14 Quality Principles to prevent issue recurrence.

Part Approval & Release: Manage the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) according to Bosch standards.This includes conducting physical part measurements, homologating measurement methods with suppliers, and overseeing part release and Early Production Containment (EPC) activities.

Quality Systems Management: Establish and maintain the quality framework for supplied parts in SAP, including creating Quality Info Records and Inspection Plans.

Supplier Cost Recovery: Lead the reimbursement process for supplier defect costs, coordinating directly withmanufacturing, logistics, and commercial purchasing teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key quality leader in multifunctional teams during escalations, problem-solving, and supplier development activities.

Communication & Reporting: Proactively communicate all aspects of supplier quality using standard tools such as PDCAs, A3s, and cockpit charts to effectively report progress and initiatives at all levels.

Compliance & Audits: Support internal, customer, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) audits and implement necessary containment actions when required.

Bachelor's degree

Experience in manufacturing or quality engineering within the automotive industry.

Experience in CMM, measurement systems, laboratory management and MSA.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse groups.

Ability to travel to other Bosch locations, training locations or suppliers. Limited travel (approximately 1-2 timesper year).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Three (3) or more years of experience in the manufacturing of automotive components.

Experience in database management, software programming, or AI.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Demonstrated expertise with core quality methodologies, including 8D, 5 Whys, PFMEA, Control Plan, and PPAP.

Intermediate experience in a structured problem-solving methodology (e.g., Shainin Red X, Kepner-Tregoe, SixSigma).

Preferably has worked in heat treatment and welding processes.

Good level of English.
