### Job description

As a Senior Test Engineer – Automated Testing, you will develop, execute and document automated product verification tests, improving test efficiency, scalability and compliance with product requirements and quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include

* Developing, maintaining and executing automated HIL test sequences using and Robot Framework

* Planning and conducting automated verification campaigns

* Analysing test results and preparing structured verification documentation

* Performing root cause analysis for hardware and software\-related product issues

* Maintaining and continuously improving automated test frameworks and environments

* Coordinating and guiding a team of four Test Engineers

* Supporting the planning, execution and timely delivery of verification activities

* Collaborating with Product Engineering, Software Development, Hardware Development and Verification teams

Job Requirements

* Degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences or a related technical discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Physics

* 5–8 years of experience in requirements\-based product testing, verification, validation or quality engineering

* Strong experience with modern software development and verification processes

* At least five years of hands\-on experience with and Robot Framework

* Strong experience developing and executing automated HIL test sequences

* Experience conducting automated verification campaigns and analysing results

* Strong hardware and software troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

* Experience with structured data analysis

* Knowledge of REST and embedded communication protocols, such as I2C, Modbus or BACnet

* At least five years of experience with Git, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office and Windows

* Three to five years of experience working with Linux

* Three to four years of experience coordinating a small team or working in project management

* Very good German and English communication skills

Nice to Have

* ISTQB Foundation Level certification

* Experience with MATLAB and Simulink
