Position: Sinhala Voice & QA Experts

Type: Contract

Compensation: $8–$12/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Hourly

Role Responsibilities

Make outbound calls in Sinhala following provided scenarios.

QA calls for accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness.

QA other Sinhala conversations and flag linguistic or quality issues.

Provide clear written feedback.

Participate in check-ins as needed.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Native or fluent Sinhala speaker.

Based in Sri Lanka .

Strong attention to detail.

Clear written communication.

Preferred

Customer service experience.

Data annotation / QA experience.

Start Date

Immediate start ; onboarding as soon as possible.
