Leads the planning, execution, and implementation of the organization’s most complex, high-priority enterprise initiatives in accordance with Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) disciplines and governance processes.
Accountable for delivering Enterprise Portfolio Tier 1 projects involving new products, systems, technologies, and business processes within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
Provides leadership across functional teams, manages dependencies and escalations, and communicates progress, risks, decisions, and recommendations to senior leaders and governance committees. Contributes to annual portfolio planning, project budgeting, and Enterprise Portfolio Governance Committee activities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Exercises independent judgment and discretion in overall project management.
Follows a defined, agreed upon project management methodology.
Consults with management to identify internal and external customer needs and project objectives.
Prioritizes, plans, and tracks project progress in relation to the plan.
Provides concise, audience-appropriate reporting to project teams, bank management, sponsors, and governance committees, highlighting accomplishments, milestones, budget performance, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions required, and corrective actions.
Reviews requirements and specifications, as well as test, support and training plans to ensure they are in line with project objectives.
Coordinates with department /management teams, including
Identifies resources needed and assembles the appropriate project team with the skills required to be successful.
Establishes and defines clear roles and responsibilities.
Creates a shared focus within the team, establishing clear objectives and outcomes, and setting realistic deadlines.
Motivates the team to work together in the most efficient manner.
Mitigates and resolves team conflicts in a fair and effective manner.
Leads day-to-day execution of assigned projects, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, change control, quality, and implementation readiness.
Holds regular status meetings with the project team.
Works cross-functionally to solve problems and implement change.
Supports the Enterprise Portfolio Governance Committee by preparing decision-ready project information, presenting status and recommendations, escalating material risks and issues, and following through on committee decisions.

Five (5) years of project management experience required.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
Thorough understanding of project management methodologies and phases.
Strong project management disciplines and skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Monday.com, Microsoft Project, JIRA, or other project management tools.
Experience in the financial industry preferred.
Strong skill set in the use of Microsoft Office Tools.
Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with AI tools and maintains an open, curious approach to emerging technologies.
