Your mission

The role includes course management, regulatory compliance, training expertise, collaboration, and global representation in aviation groups.

Your tasks

Oversee course planning, administration, and the continuous monitoring of student performance

Ensure that all course content adheres to regulatory requirements

Create, design, and deliver training material for both classroom and simulation environments

Provide support for training development, colleagues and other departments as needed

Act as representative of Skyguide and the Skyguide Academy at international working groups, project groups and teams as necessary; maintain a professional demeanour and appearance for these interactions

What we are looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed Air Traffic Controller in both Aerodrome (ADC) and Approach Control (APS), with additional validations preferred. Note: While an EASA ATCO license issued in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/340 is preferred, the appropriate differences training for license conversion will be provided for the right candidate who holds an ICAO issued ATCO license

Must hold an On\-the\-Job\-Training (OJTI) or Simulation Instructor (STDI) license endorsement; Classroom Instructor Certificate and/or Examiner/Assessor's Certificate desired

Communication: You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders and actively ask for information through relevant questions and active listening

Teamwork: You engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information, ideas, and insights in meetings or other interactions

English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4 or higher
