### **Your Journey So Far** ###

To succeed in this role, your journey must include

Level 3 Fitness Qualification: You should hold at least a Level 3 certification in Personal and Group Training.

Proven Experience: A minimum of one year of experience as a Fitness Instructor or in a similar role, ideally aboard a cruise ship or in a hospitality setting.

Specialized Training: You must have experience teaching at least one of the following classes: Yoga, Pilates, or Spinning.

Additional Certifications: While not mandatory, qualifications in HIIT, Tai Chi, Zumba, or resistance weight training (e.g., BAWLA, NABBA, or international equivalents) are highly valued.

Nutrition Qualification: A background in nutrition or related areas will be an asset, enhancing your ability to advise guests on healthy living.

### **Your Essentials** ###

Fluency in English: You must be fluent in both written and spoken English to ensure effective communication with guests and team members.

Experience: A minimum of one year-s proven experience in a similar position, preferably on board a cruise ship or in a similar hospitality environment.

Relevant Certifications: Level 3 qualification in Personal & Group Training is essential.

Passion for Fitness: You must be passionate about health and wellness and have the drive to inspire others to live healthier lifestyles.

Customer-Centered Approach: Ability to tailor your classes and coaching to different guest needs, from beginners to seasoned fitness enthusiasts.
