Our client is a leading international company operating in the retail and consumer goods sector.
Description
Our client is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator \& Analyst to join its team on a 9\-month assignment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded and analytical professional to contribute to product strategy, assortment planning, and business performance analysis within a fast\-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support product assortment planning and coordination across multiple European markets.
Analyze sales performance, product trends, and key business metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
Contribute to forecasting, seasonal planning, and assortment optimization processes.
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools and systems.
Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and analytical capabilities.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Merchandising, Economics, or a related field.
Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in merchandising, business analysis, planning, or a similar analytical role.
Experience within retail, fashion, consumer goods, sportswear, lifestyle, or FMCG industries.
Advanced Excel skills with strong data analysis capabilities.
Experience using Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross\-functional environment.
Fluent English is required.
