Global Market Access Manager \- Pricing \& Tender Management

As Global Market Access Manager \- Pricing \& Tender Management, you play a key role in strengthening how we price our portfolio and compete for public tenders across global markets. You build the pricing intelligence, frameworks and commercial argumentation that enable informed decisions, support sustainable growth and ultimately help expand access to our solutions.

Working across Europe, Canada and Australia, you combine strategic thinking with hands\-on analytical execution. You partner closely with local affiliates, Finance, Regulatory, Product Management and other global functions to turn pricing data, clinical and health economic evidence, and market insights into actionable recommendations for pricing, tenders and negotiations.

Support us in the production and development of cutting\-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self\-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.

Your main tasks

Build and maintain our global pricing database and governance framework, including, price corridors and pricing intelligence

Conduct global price benchmarking, variance and scenario analyses to identify pricing opportunities, international reference pricing risks, cross\-market effects and competitive price erosion

Develop pricing models and business cases for pipeline and lifecycle products, supporting launch, indication and other strategic pricing decisions

Identify price improvement and margin optimisation opportunities and translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for affiliates and senior stakeholders

Build and lead our global Tender Excellence Taskforce, establishing scalable tools, Global documentation repositories, bid risk assessments and best practice sharing

Support affiliates in strategically important national and regional tenders through pricing simulations, financial impact assessments and data\-driven tender and negotiation strategies

Translate clinical and health economics evidence into compelling value arguments for procurement bodies and price negotiations

Monitor competitive pricing, tender outcomes and market access developments, identifying emerging risks and opportunities and ensuring insights are systematically shared across the organisation

Your profile

At least 5 years of relevant experience in pricing, tender management, market access, commercial excellence or bid management within MedTech, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics or another healthcare environment with complex pricing and public procurement

Hands\-on experience in pricing analysis, financial modelling and business case development, with the ability to translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations

Practical understanding of public procurement, funding models, tenders or market access pathways in at least one of our core regions – Europe, Canada or Australia – and the motivation to build expertise across the others

Strong analytical and financial acumen, including advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools is an advantage

High degree of attention to detail, ownership, initiative and organisational discipline, with the ability to build structure, and combine strategic thinking with hands\-on execution

Working knowledge of health economics and the ability to use clinical and economic evidence effectively in pricing, tender and negotiation contexts

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience working across functions and markets in an international matrix organisation

University degree in economics, business, health economics or a related discipline, combined with fluent English; an advanced degree is an advantage
