The Role

We are seeking an experienced technical product manager to design and deliver high-value AI Agent solutions across the Veeva Quality Cloud suite of products. Veeva Quality Cloud accelerates the manufacturing of high-quality products to a greater number of patients.

The cloud platform unifies applications, processes and partners across content management, training, Quality Management System (QMS) and QC lab solutions (LIMS).

In this role, you will be an expert in the use of AI to design and build AI agents that analyze document content and intelligently extract the information to map & store them as structured data within the Veeva Quality Cloud data model (i.e. ‘Docs to Data’).

What You'll Do

Hands-on design and development of AI agents focused on ‘Docs to Data’ across the Veeva Quality Cloud

Design and deliver production AI Agent applications including data flow, orchestration, and prompts

Work with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI

Assist with AI Agent evaluations

Present feature capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience, with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML applications

Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration

Coding skills in Python and hands-on experience with AI Frameworks and APIs

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering

Strong collaboration skills for working with engineering, UX design, and application product management teams

Excellent communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervision

Must be based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone

Must be able to travel 20%

Nice to Have

Experience in a data scientist, machine learning, or data engineering role

Experience in Life Sciences

Experience building products on application development platforms

Experience building software for regulated industries

Experience interacting with customers and internal teams remotely and across geographies

Compensation

Base pay: $75,000 - $165,000

The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location.

We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
