Shape the Future of Service Management

For more than 36 years, Marval has been at the forefront of Service Management innovation. As one of the original co-authors of ITIL, we've helped define the standards that organisations across the globe still rely on today. Now, we're building on that legacy.

Our intelligent, no-code ITSM, ESM and Managed Service Management solutions empower organisations worldwide to transform the way they deliver services. As we continue to evolve our platform and accelerate our product strategy, we're looking for an ambitious Product Manager who wants to make a real impact.

If you thrive in flexible, fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex customer problems and want genuine ownership of product decisions, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

As a Product Manager at Marval, you'll own a key area of our product roadmap from discovery through to delivery, launch and continuous improvement. This isn't a role where you'll simply manage a backlog or write requirements.

We're looking for someone who loves talking to customers, validating ideas, challenging assumptions and working side-by-side with Development, Customer Success and Sales to build products that solve real problems. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, influence product strategy and help shape the future of our platform.

What You'll Be Doing

Own the full product lifecycle, from customer discovery through to launch and ongoing optimisation.

Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to identify genuine business problems and opportunities.

Prioritise features based on customer value, business goals and technical considerations.

Create clear product specifications and user stories that enable successful delivery.

Collaborate with Development throughout the development lifecycle, making informed trade-off decisions where required.

Analyse product performance, customer feedback and usage data to continually improve the user experience.

Communicate roadmap priorities, progress and strategic direction across the business.

Help develop and improve Product Management processes, tooling and ways of working as we continue to scale.

Skills and Experience

We're more interested in how you think, solve problems and collaborate with others.

You'll ideally have

At least four years' experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS, Enterprise Software or a similar technology environment.

A strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), Enterprise Service Management (ESM) or Service Management solutions.

Experience delivering successful software features that have improved customer adoption, engagement, retention or revenue.

Experience working within Agile product development teams.

Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

A customer-first mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

We'd love it if you also have

Experience with no-code or low-code platforms.

Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment or have that mindset.

Exposure to global customer markets.

A passion for modern product management and continuous improvement.

Why Join Marval?

This is an opportunity to join a business with a proud heritage while helping shape its future.

At Marval, you'll enjoy

Real ownership of product decisions and roadmap priorities.

The opportunity to influence products used by organisations around the world.

Flexible remote and hybrid working.

A collaborative, supportive team that values innovation and fresh thinking.

The stability of an established software company combined with the pace and ambition of a growing technology business.

Ongoing opportunities for professional development and career progression.

You're someone who

Is comfortable making decisions without having every piece of information.

Enjoys asking "why?" and digging beneath customer requests to uncover the real problem.

Works well with ambiguity and enjoys creating clarity where none exists.

Values collaboration and constructive challenge.

Takes ownership, learns quickly and isn't afraid to adapt when priorities change.

Wants to build products that customers genuinely love using.
