##### What you can expect #####

* You own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Windows Client and Workplace Services.

* You gather and prioritise business requirements and manage the product backlog.

* You translate business needs into technical solutions and user stories.

* You collaborate with engineering teams, stakeholders, and service providers to deliver enhancements and new capabilities.

* You drive continuous improvement, automation, and workplace innovation initiatives.

* You monitor service performance, user satisfaction, and operational KPIs.

* You ensure compliance with security, governance, and organisational standards.

* You manage vendors and external service providers.

* You provide technical guidance and promote best practices across the organisation.

##### What we expect from you #####

* You bring at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Service Owner, Technical Lead, or in a similar IT role.

* You have strong experience in Windows Client Management and modern endpoint management, including Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.

* You have solid knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Identity & Access Management.

* You have experience with IT Service Management as well as security, compliance, and governance standards in an enterprise environment.

* You are experienced in translating business requirements into technical solutions and managing stakeholders across different functions.

* You have experience working with external service providers and leading cross-functional teams.

* You are fluent in English and willing to participate in on-call duties and travel within Europe. German is an advantage.
