Responsibilities

Own the consent-based data contribution loop by designing intuitive, low-friction user experiences that drive attestations and explicit consent.

Ensure data contribution experiences clearly communicate purpose, usage, and value delivered back to the business.

Define and deliver freemium value including profile completeness, trust indicators, and validation features.

Design monetization pathways extending freemium into paid offerings such as advanced scoring and trust badges.

Own experimentation and KPIs including attestation completion, consent rates, profile progression, and conversion.

Translate abstract trust and credibility concepts into clear product experiences and requirements.

Act as the voice of the SMB customer, addressing skepticism and friction around data sharing.

Drive product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management end-to-end.

Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Technology, Sales, CX, Legal, Data, and Finance.

Define product requirements, validate hypotheses, track performance, and mentor junior team members.

Essential Skills and/or Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree with major in Business Administration, Technology or related disciplines

At least 12 years’ experience in Product Management, ideally in PLG or growth environments

Experience designing consent-driven user flows and data permission journeys.

Strong product analytics skills including funnels, experimentation, and cohort analysis.

Proven cross-functional collaboration across Product, Legal, Data, and GTM.

Market research, competitive analysis, and strategic thinking.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in trust systems, identity, verification, or marketplaces is preferred

Familiarity with SMB audiences and credibility-driven behaviors is desirable

Ability to translate complex trust concepts into simple UX is preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills
