The posting
Mentimeter is an engagement tool with a clear goal in mind. To turn presentations into conversations. Through real-time interactivity and clear visualizations, we get people to participate, engage and become more productive. Transforming all those passive meetings, airless classrooms and drawn out trainings into valuable and memorable moments.
We truly believe that you achieve the best results by doing things together. And that successful leaders need to adopt a curious and collaborative mindset in order to get there. So with you at Mentimeter, you’ll be a big part of the ambition to help over 1 billion people listen, learn and work better together.
Summer hiring notice: Due to summer vacations, we will begin the reviewing and interviewing process for this role from August. However, we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Workplace Integrations team. This is the product team that decides how Mentimeter shows up inside the Microsoft or Google suite, learning management systems, and the AI agents reshaping how people work.
This is an ecosystem role, where Mentimeter’s thought leadership on engagement and participation gets combined with another product’s value to create something neither could produce alone. A PowerPoint deck that anticipates where attention will drift, an LMS course that reshapes next week's lesson from this week's class questions, an agent that calls Mentimeter to maximise active participation.
You lead a team who ships integration features that connect directly to retention and the frequency of use that underpins our strategy. You’ll take over a team mid-execution, with some strategic calls made, other questions still open for you to resolve – you’ll own the next chapter as well as the team’s day-to-day direction.
Set direction and lead the team
- Own the 12-24 month integrations strategy: understand in depth how our customers work day to day, monitor where the relevant platforms (Microsoft, Google, LMSs, AI agents) are heading, and decide how Mentimeter best shows up in those workflows.
- Resolve the load-bearing open questions, translating an ambitious thesis into a system the team and the broader Product department can act on.
- You and the team own outcomes: name what success looks like for each integration – enterprise retention, frequency, or new-user acquisition – and measure accordingly.
- Run rigorous discovery with customers, Sales, Customer Success and the platforms we integrate with, surfacing enterprise and third-party constraints (security, reliability, performance) early so they shape the plan rather than derail it.
- Lead the team day to day and own scope, priorities, success criteria, and the tradeoffs, like how deep to invest in PowerPoint, or what capacity to allocate to established vs emerging workflows.
- Ship into customers' hands every cycle, starting now with a stronger Menti in PowerPoint and Google Slides, and let usage data answer the open questions rather than parking them in a strategy doc.
Operate across teams and functions
- Point the other Product teams in the right direction on integrations; help each Menti tool PM see how integrations can strengthen and position their product, and set the shared patterns that keep the suite coherent without slowing them down.
- Coach more junior PMs and partner with Product Department Leadership to feed integrations thinking back into the company-level product strategy.
- Create alignment with other product teams and departments, and shape go-to-market readiness for significant releases so launches land in customer reality.
Shape Mentimeter as an ecosystem product
- Define how our AI designs participation moments inside the tools people already use, reading their context to know where and how.
- Surface partnership opportunities as you spot them. BizDev owns partnerships, but you live in the integration space day to day and are best placed to see where a technical integration points to a partnership worth pursuing and to bring those forward with a clear rationale.
- Co-own the cross-functional work on data security and access control which is the precondition for the ecosystem-level integrations we want to build.
Who We're Looking For
Experienced ecosystem PM
- 5+ years in product management, owned product direction and business outcomes for integrations or platform products, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Thinks in ecosystems, ships features. Our integration strategy is about two value propositions combining to create something neither could produce alone.
- Reads customer workflows and platform roadmaps together, and can spot when a technical integration is really a partnership opportunity worth handing to BizDev.
- Experience with marketplaces or AI/agent surfaces is a plus.
Technically fluent and commercially minded
- Credible on APIs, OAuth and OIDC, SSO and SCIM, permission scopes and admin consent models, add-ins, MCP, and marketplace review constraints.
- Connects the team's work to enterprise conversion, retention and expansion, and grounds prioritisation in customer reality.
Senior judgment and influence
- Raises decision quality by framing problems sharply and putting the reasoning on the page to make complex bets become workable.
- Comfortable in ambiguity and able to take a space with real history and unresolved strategic questions and turn it into a plan the team and stakeholders can get behind.
- Coaches more junior PMs and partners credibly with leaders across Sales, CS, Engineering, Design and Data.
How you operate
- A clear communicator who builds alignment and creates clarity when inputs conflict or are incomplete.
- Outcome-oriented and data-informed – sets explicit success measures and updates the plan as evidence lands.
- Aligned with our core values and excited to help us stay true to them as we scale.
Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications? Please apply anyway and let us know why you’d enjoy working in this role at Mentimeter.
Practical details
- This role is based in our Stockholm office, primarily onsite with the option to work from home twice per week.
- Swedish is not required. Daily work is carried out in English, and the Mentimeter team currently boasts 50+ nationalities.
- A cover letter is not required as part of your application.
Compensation
At Mentimeter, we believe in fair and transparent compensation that grows with you. The salary range for this role is SEK 70,000–SEK 91,000 per month. It’s intentionally broad to reflect the different stages of growth within the role: from early development to deep expertise and meaningful impact.
Where an individual is placed within the range depends on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements. We’re committed to supporting your growth. You’ll have ongoing development conversations with your manager, and your salary will evolve as you build skills and contribute to our mission.
In addition to your monthly salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package—learn more about it here: https://www.mentimeter.com/benefits/stockholm .
