The posting
The Opportunity If you’ve worked alongside hardware teams, you know how much a single dropped handoff can cost. Reflow exists to close that gap. We’re building the first AI-powered platform purpose-built for hardware product development.
It listens across the tools teams already use, maintains a structured picture of every program, and coordinates across teams when things inevitably change. This is a rare chance for a product leader who has actually run hardware programsto build the tool they always wished existed.
You’ll have the backing of a parentcompany leading innovation in engineering and manufacturing, with direct access toreal hardware programs and the engineers who run them. Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a hands-on product leader who came up through hardware.
Youmight have been an NPI or hardware program manager, a systems or EE lead who ranprograms, or a product manager embedded deep in hardware development. Whatever thepath, you understand how a real program actually runs.
You’ve takenproducts from 0 to 1, you’re energized by a blank page, and you’d rather get threethings in front of users than perfect one deck. This is a builder’s role. You’ll report directly to Reflow’s general manager, who ownsoverall product vision and strategy.
Your job is to own execution, discovery, andthe details, and to be the person who makes the right product real and ships it ontime. You should already be using AI tools to accelerate your own work, and youshould be excited to build the first AI-native platform for complex hardwaredevelopment.
