Responsibilities
Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery excellence of exchange crypto wallet products
Serve as the product owner for product design, implementation, and live deployment. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to design and deliver crypto wallet-related solutions
Play a key role in defining and evolving the product vision and overall strategy
Lead product initiatives for tokenized assets, including tokenized equities / bStocks, deposit and withdrawal flows, and asset distribution
Understand customers and their challenges to identify ways to enhance the product offering. Be responsible for the user experience and security of the product
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of features, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimisations
Communicate the product plan and roadmap to senior stakeholders
Requirements
3-5 years of relevant project and/or product management experience in complex system integrations
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Experience with financial or payment products, such as reconciliation and channel integration; blockchain-related experience preferred. Exposure to tokenized securities or RWA is a plus
Demonstrated problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills with ability to jointly manage projects and keep them on schedule
Excellent sense of user experience and user interface design
Familiarity with lean and agile models, and ability to adapt processes as needed for a remote team
Result-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills to derive insights and make decisions
Excellent time management and coordination skills to concurrently manage multiple projects and adhere to schedule
Adaptable, broad-minded, and at ease in a dynamic remote working environment
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin is required to coordinate with global partners and stakeholders
